David Hood, Founder & CEO
After a successful career in telecommunications working at Fortune 500 company Verizon, David sought out the challenges of the real estate industry. He became a licensed real estate appraiser and sales agent in the early 00′s. His lifelong interest in technology and his passion for real estate lead him to form Adore Realty, Inc., a virtual brokerage providing home buyers and sellers with access to sophisticated search tools and experienced, highly-qualified real estate agents. David’s experience running his own appraisal firm led him to understand how bringing the knowledge of an appraiser together with the sales experience of an agent create a tremendous benefit for home buyers and sellers. As CEO, he spends much of his time training agents and managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, but you will still sometimes find him showing properties and conducting listing presentations.
Maria Gracian, Vice President of Sales
Maria joined Adore Realty after years of dedicated service and commitment with Keller Williams as an Owner and Market Center Administrator of a southern California branch. She brings a wealth of experience in the day-to-day operations of a real estate firm and helps our agents visualize their career goals. Her commitment to our network of Realtors® is unsurpassed and her goal is to make sure that our clients’ experiences are always priority number one.
Claudia Guzman, Broker of Record, Chief Compliance Officer
Claudia jump started her real estate career of over 19 years working as a sales agent for Century 21. Her passion for her clients has led her to learn every aspect of the real estate transaction involving buying and selling property. Her background also includes experience in mortgage and direct lending as an originator, processor, and funder. Her knowledge and experience gives our team and our clients great insight into the financial aspects of real estate.
Richard Eddy, Vice President of Business Development
As head of business development at Adore Realty, Rich directs the company’s revenue generation and strategic partnership programs. Over the past 25 years he has developed several successful start-ups which included an online technology services company and an engineering/manufacturing firm. Most recently he launched <Merchant Funding Group, a financial services firm providing personal and small business financial planning. Rich is a licensed investment advisor and holds insurance licenses in California and 7 other states in addition to his California real estate license. He got involved in the real estate industry in order to better serve his investment clients (many of whom hold real estate as part of their portfolios). Rich isn’t all about the numbers; he has been hired as consultant on a number of internet start-ups to help with the design and usability of websites. He played a major role in the design of AdoreRealty.com.
Aida Hood, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to co-founding Adore Realty Aida has been employed by some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world including AECOM Technology Corporation. During her time with Aida was part of the acquisitions and corporate expansion team, integrating the Oracle HRMP Merchant Billing System on the global payments platform. Her professional, technical and management background means that she can provide our Adore team with the best possible support. She is responsible for our financial operations including working capital, debt levels, capital expenditures, taxes, budgets and general accounting.
